Don't forget to include photos of your damaged items in your message. Our customer service will then get back to you and offer you a solution according to your choice: a full refund or a brand new item.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable for you for any reason, then you can contact our customer support and return your item (you will be responsible for the return shipping costs).
